New on-line support active

Unknown • 22 Jul 2008 [17:17 UTC]

After some conciderable time we have finally completed work on the secure support site for our customers. Customers will be supplied with user names and passwords to get into their section of the site, and over time all of the material relating to EnquirySolve CMS at your site will be available here. Four customers are already active on the system, and this will reach double figures by the end of the week. Each site has it's own sub-domain and this allows easy access to the relevant area.

Blogs, ToDo list and Error Logging will be implemented as soon as possible, and if we receive enough requests we will add a more open forum section so that customers can liase with one another and discuss future developemnt ideas.
